Wound bodies
Bodies of floss, tinsel, chenille or fibres wound in touching turns.
Tie the material in at the bend and wind the thread forward to where the body ends. Wind the material forward in touching or slightly overlapping turns, keeping it flat and untwisted.
Tie off where the thread hangs and trim.
Common mistakes
- Letting floss or tinsel twist into a cord.
- Gaps between turns.
